Drop-In is an app that helps skaters in Washington DC find and share skate spots. The design team consisted of Rowan Curley, Reilly Duggan and I, and we created this app to address the scarcity of locations and exclusivity of skate parks in DC. The app’s logo combines a map pin and skate wheel, and the color palette is inspired by colors found at skate parks. Designed to enhance the skating experience in DC, this app is aimed towards beginner skaters and is useful to experts as well.
