"The Geometry of Undoing" presents artist Jennifer DiZefalo in her first solo exhibition with a new series of paintings inspired by the bold, geometric patterns of barn quilts as seen on the sides of farmhouses, sheds and barns during DiZefalo’s recent family vacations to the Poconos in Pennsylvania. These painted quilt blocks, often eight foot squared or more, stand in contrast to quilting's origins as a historically feminine fiber craft.
